Cooked over live fire. Aged on the bone.

Whole sub-primals are selected by hand and dry-aged in-house for thirty to sixty days, drawing out the depth that defines a serious steak. Each cut is finished over white oak and hickory — the embers do the seasoning, the fire does the rest.

Low light, dark oak, leather banquettes, and a glass-walled cellar at the heart of the room. Iron & Ash was designed for first dates and twentieth anniversaries, deal-closing dinners and quiet celebrations. Private rooms available for parties of eight to one hundred.

The house, the room, and the fire at the center of it.

Iron & Ash opened on West Hubbard Street with a simple idea: build a steakhouse around the open hearth, a deep cellar, and a room that knows how to take care of you. Everything else follows from there.

Whole sub-primals are selected by hand and dry-aged in-house. Sides are sourced from regional growers and cooked with the same attention as the steaks. The wine list is curated to pair with live-fire cooking, and the bar pours classics the way they were meant to be poured.

We're built for the evenings that matter — first dates, milestone birthdays, deal-closing dinners, and the quiet anniversaries you mark only with each other.
